I’m sure, like so many people, your time is very precious and the demands you face on a daily basis often mean you collapse exhausted into bed of an evening ready to start all over again in the morning, meanwhile you continue to feel uncomfortable about what you see in the mirror and wish you had more energy and time to look after yourself.
It’s easy for apathy to sneak in and to ignore the fact that your clothes are little tighter than you would like and that you feel constantly stressed and tired.
It’s understandable that you might feel you can do no more than you are already, and that you just need to accept your changing body and pretend that the expanding waistline and daily exhaustion is quite simply a result of ageing.
