Me? Overweight and decidedly under-exercised! Always feeling sluggish and lethargic with niggling aches and pains. Generally frustrated about my lack of fitness and well being. Only a super-hero could pull me out of this rut!…Cue Mark!

It has always been an ambition of mine to get really fit and health and Mark’s attitude and approach has exceeded my expectations. I was immediately enthused.

Mark took me right back to basics and made me realise that posture is key (watch out for the broom handle!). I have never been so aware of my posture or walked so tall (all 5’1″ of me!).

3-months on and that enthusiasm has not waned because my training sessions are fun and varied – I look forward to them. I have a long road ahead but haven’t felt as good as I do now in years. I already have more energy and strength and am happily losing a few pounds as I go.

I am over the moon to have lost the weight early in the year might even don a bikini again(i had given up on that)

Over the years I have always tried to eat healthily and keep my weight where I want it to be but calorie counting and low fat and low carbohydrate eating is boring and leaves you feeling a bit lack luster. I had put on some weight over the last two years round my middle and wasn`t happy about it.

I have achieved the weight loss I was seeking and have not felt hungry through it and the weight has come off in all the right places.

The most valuable thing I have learned is that you do not need to be hungry to lose excess bodyweight. Mark has given me a huge insight into the value of good clean eating

I now have so much more energy, feel the need to eat less often and am more focused…

I have known Mark for some years now and have always thought of him as being incredibly gifted.

Recently I became aware that his knowledge extended far beyond that of just fitness and well-being though exercise but, actually encompassed the entire human mechanism with nutrition being a core part.

Since I had been struggling to deal with the energy requirements of endurance running and steadily becoming more and more exhausted with each long run I did, ‘crashing’ with a energy lows and never feeling satisfied after eating even though I was eating every few hours, I knew that there just had to be another way.

With Marks help I have made significant changes to my diet. This I could not have done by myself; there is so much conflicting and totally confusing information out there. These are changes that anyone would benefit from making whether their goal is weight loss or performance and it has been quite easy to do as Mark provides excellent support.

I now have so much more energy, feel the need to eat less often and am more focused. I have also noticed that I find the distances I run a little easier to manage and the longer distances planned less daunting.

Before bootcamp I was feeling very lethargic, I was feeling insecure about my body and did very little exercise. I had tried different diets and not alot seemed to work. I wanted to start a family but was having no success.

I was worried about exercising in front of other people and that it wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t be able to stick to the plan. But after speaking to Mark and deciding it was time to change the way I felt. I really wanted to look good on holiday in my swimsuit and be able to walk by the pool without felling self conscious.

By using the eating plan and exercising 3 times a week with the others I lost 1 1/2 stone, and dropped from a size 14 to a size 10 in just 2-months The inches lost from my waist and thighs were really visible!

I have more energy and feel less tired and am a lot more confident. I believe losing the weight and changing my lifestyle has helped me to conceive and now I am 4 months pregnant with twins. The fact that I started my pregnancy in a healthy state has really benefited me so far as the first few months are really tiring.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to change the way they feel inside and out and I will be returning after I have had my children to lose any baby weight I may have gained (infact my sister has already promised me it as a baby shower present!).

It helps to exercise in a group with others as everyone supports each other and you are all going through the same thing the encouragement you get is amazing.

Before we started Bootcamp we were both fat, sluggish, had no energy and really couldn’t be bothered with exercise as it was too much effort.

We could only make the early morning session and were concerned about getting up at 5.30am and feeling too knackered for rest of the day. Although exercise was a little like a swear word in our house we wanted to be able to enjoy our lives but at the same time look after ourselves.

We have both dropped a dress/trouser size but most importantly we are fit and healthy not only bodily but mentally too!

We both feel fantastic and can’t wait to get back to Bootcamp after our week off as it makes us feel soooooo alive and we have so much more energy when we do it!

I would say to everyone give it a go you really won’t regret it. We have been doing Bootcamp for 10 months and we will never give it up! I cannot tell you how much better I feel, Mark is a fantastic trainer and keeps us very motivated. (had to say that so he’ll go easy with us on Monday!)

I had heard good things about Mark’s bootcamp and decided to join to help me lose my last few pounds of post baby weight

It had been a while since I had done proper exercise so I was nervous that I would be able to keep up but it was fine and I toned up quickly, my stamina increased and I lost some inches where there was some to go

Each session left me absolutely ‘pumped’ – the adrenalin was great!

I would defiantly suggest that you give it a go…. everyone there is at different levels so don’t allow that as a reason! Whatever level you train at you will see results as it is all relative.

My main goal was to shift a few pounds it did that as well as lifted my emotions, energy and will to do more exercise

I can’t recommend Mark’s programme highly enough

I have tried Weighwatchers and calorie counting to lose weight with no lasting success and felt my weight was creeping up and I was losing self esteem.

I wanted to lose half a stone in the first 30 days and I did. I set the goal of getting into some expensive jeans which were much too tight initially.

They now fit me snugly and another pound or two off would help. I’m very pleased with my results and staggered at a 4 inch loss from my waist!
